The cold bites at my nose and makes it tingle.
The air is cold enough that breathing
makes a plume of warm air that can been seen in
front of you. The grey dark sky during
the day. During night all the clouds move out
of the way to let the bright, brilliant stars
shine through onto the still, quiet land. No creatures
are out they are tucked away into the
comforts of their shelter. The moon shines like
a head light of a car. In spite if the
brightness the sky is still a deep dark blue.
Trees look like they are naked because they
have been taken of any leaf. The branches look like the teeth of a saw as they reach up
into the night sky, reaching for the lonely moon.
The snow on the ground sparkles in the
moons glorious light.
